Sizes
Starts at letter size, grows with standard frames
Each size is one flat price for a set number of items. Up to two more items can be added at $5 each. After that, or once the items fill the paper, the piece moves up a size, which holds more items and fits the next standard frame.

What counts as an item
One price per item, flourishes free
Every photo, date or set of words on the paper is one item, whether it is a year or a mascot. Laurels, sparkles, small leaves and one lettered line such as "happy 40th birthday" are part of every piece and never counted.
Framing
Wood, gold or black, matted and ready to hang
Every framed piece gets a white mat. Letter size paintings go in an 11 × 14 frame matted to 8 × 10, and each size up moves to the next standard frame. The frame price is the same for all three styles.

Deposit and sketch
A 50% deposit holds your spot. You approve a pencil sketch, with one round of changes.
Painted and delivered
Pay the balance, then pick it up or have it shipped, framed if you chose it.
